Become One.

A Structured Learning and Mentorship Experience for Women Who Desire to Live with Intention, Excellence, and Purpose.

Welcome to Standard University, where personal development meets practical application, and women are equipped with the knowledge, wisdom, tools, and guidance to become the standard they desire to live by.

We believe that becoming a Living Standard is not about perfection, comparison, or appearances. It is about developing the character, confidence, discipline, wisdom, and intentionality to live a life that reflects what you believe and value.

Whether you are rebuilding, rediscovering, growing, or simply ready for your next level, Standard University offers a place to learn, develop, and become.

The Standard University Experience

Becoming Is a Process. Excellence Is Intentional.

A woman does not become a Living Standard simply because she has established expectations for herself or others.

She becomes one through what she learns, what she practices, the decisions she makes, the disciplines she develops, and the values she consistently demonstrates.

At Standard University, we believe that growth requires more than inspiration. It requires understanding, instruction, application, accountability, and a willingness to evolve.

Our learning experience is designed to move women beyond knowing what they desire toward becoming equipped to live it.

We don't just encourage women to raise their standards. We equip them to become one.

II.

The Four Foundational Pillars

The Foundation of a Living Standard

The Standard University learning philosophy is built upon four foundational pillars that influence how a woman thinks, carries herself, manages her resources, nurtures relationships, and approaches life.

01.

Faith

The Foundation

Developing a meaningful relationship with God, understanding His Word, strengthening spiritual discernment, and learning to apply faith to everyday decisions.

Faith is more than something we profess. It is the foundation from which we live.

02.

Femininity

The Expression

Cultivating confidence, character, elegance, poise, self-respect, emotional maturity, and feminine authority.

Femininity is not defined by appearance alone. It is reflected in how a woman values herself, carries herself, communicates, and engages with the world.

03.

Finances

The Stewardship

Developing financial understanding, discipline, responsible money management, an ownership mindset, and the ability to build resources with intention.

Financial stewardship is not simply about acquiring wealth. It is about learning how to manage, preserve, grow, and purposefully use what has been entrusted to us.

04.

Family

The Legacy

Strengthening relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, understanding family dynamics, and building meaningful connections that contribute to a lasting legacy.

Family is more than a relationship status. It is about how we love, communicate, nurture, lead, and contribute to the lives connected to ours.

The Learning Model

Four Stages of Becoming

Our approach is guided by four intentional stages that help women move from learning to living.

01

Equip

Knowledge Creates Understanding.

Gain foundational knowledge, practical tools, and new perspectives that support personal growth and informed decision-making.

02

Empower

Understanding Builds Confidence.

Develop the confidence, self-awareness, and ability to take ownership of your choices, your growth, and your future.

03

Elevate

Application Produces Growth.

Put what you learn into practice. Strengthen your habits, refine your thinking, develop new disciplines, and pursue excellence in everyday life.

04

Become

Live What You Have Learned.

Move beyond simply setting standards to consistently demonstrating them through your character, decisions, relationships, stewardship, and lifestyle.

The goal is not simply to complete a course. The goal is to experience meaningful growth that extends beyond the classroom.

VI. · Meet the Founder

Tiwangi Rochelle

Founder, The Living Standard and Standard University

Tiwangi Rochelle is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, advocate, teacher, and woman whose life reflects the power of faith, transformation, resilience, and intentional living.

Her journey has included extraordinary challenges, personal reinvention, leadership, entrepreneurship, and years of serving women navigating some of life's most difficult transitions.

Having experienced incarceration herself, Tiwangi understands that a woman's past does not have to define the possibilities of her future.

Her personal experiences, faith, business pursuits, and commitment to helping women move forward have shaped a philosophy centered on character, excellence, freedom, wisdom, and purpose.

Through Standard University, she seeks to share not only what she has learned through teaching and study, but also the lessons gained through living, rebuilding, making mistakes, growing, and becoming.

Her message is simple:

You do not have to be a perfect woman to become a woman of standard. You must be willing to learn, grow, and live intentionally.

VII. · Who Is Standard University For?

For the Woman Who Is Ready to Become.

Standard University is being developed for women in different seasons of life.

  • For the woman who is discovering who she is.
  • For the woman who is rebuilding after disappointment, failure, or unexpected change.
  • For the woman who desires greater confidence, wisdom, and discipline.
  • For the woman who wants to strengthen her faith, finances, femininity, and family life.
  • For the woman who has accomplished much but recognizes that there is still room to grow.
  • And for the woman who simply believes that life should be lived with intention, substance, purpose, and excellence.

You don't have to arrive as a finished product. You only need to be willing to become.
