Standard Living
Don't Just Have Standards. Become One.
“When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.”
The world is flooded with images and messages about womanhood, and not all of them reflect the woman God created us to be. This is not about throwing shade or judging anyone. It is an invitation for you to become a standard: a living example of God’s grace, strength, wisdom, and authority in a woman.
Standard Living is about choosing to live with faith, purpose, character, and intention. It is about becoming the kind of woman whose life speaks, whose choices reflect what she believes, and whose presence inspires other women.
There are young women watching and looking for an example. Let them see through you that feminine grace and authority can live together. Let the ideal expression of womanhood be lifted up and represented in the earth through your life.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be willing to grow, live with intention, and become the standard God is calling you to be.

The Dimensions of Standard Living
Seven Expressions of a Life Lived with Intention.
A woman who embraces Standard Living is not defined by perfection, possessions, or position. She is distinguished by her character, her choices, and her Christ-Centered convictions.
Every standard has a story that shaped her, a cause that moves her, and principles that guide her. She gives with purpose, lives with intention, pursues prosperity, embraces life's beautiful experiences, and understands that even a woman of excellence has her share of bloopers.
These seven dimensions reflect the journey of Standard Living. Not a perfect woman, but a woman committed to excellence, integrity, wisdom, growth, and purpose.
One Connected Framework
Commit to Standard Living
Standard Living is more than a phrase. It is a way of looking at life, faith, womanhood, purpose, and the example we set for others. Each section shares a different part of that journey, from the lessons we learn to the lives we choose to live.
- 01
Every Standard Has a Story
Your story has shaped you, but it is still being written. Your value is not determined by what happened to you or by the aftermath of difficult experiences. What matters is how you choose to respond, grow, and move forward. The way you show up in this moment can help lead you into a new place.
- 02
Every Standard Has a Cause
You were designed to fight for more than survival and more than yourself. Sometimes the experience you made it through becomes connected to the cause you feel called to serve. What once brought pain can become a place where you help create understanding, healing, and transformation for others.
For me, that cause is advocating for justice-involved women. After serving a 1,900-day sentence, I understand how powerful it is to have someone believe in your ability to build a different future. My experience is part of what drives me to help other women move forward.
- 03
Standard Giving
Your time, talents, and resources can serve a purpose bigger than you. Giving is not only about money. It can also mean sharing what you know, making room for someone else, offering encouragement, or helping another person see what is possible.
Who can you mentor, give to, encourage, or help build up? The world needs what you carry. There is room for more of your care, your wisdom, and your contribution.

Standard Living
We allow biblical principles to shape how we think, choose, and behave. We are Kingdom-minded women, guided by faith and not led by every passing trend. That may be reflected in our modesty, our character, our decisions, and the way we treat others.
Standard Living is about letting the life of God within us become visible in the way we live each day.
- 05
Standard Lifestyle
How we dress, speak, walk, and carry ourselves can express feminine grace, authority, and purpose. The way we enter a room and engage with others can influence the atmosphere around us.
Standard Lifestyle is about showing up with intention and allowing the way we live to reflect the woman we are becoming.
- 06
Standard Wealth
We honor God with what we have. We give, including through tithing, and we aim to live responsibly as faithful stewards of our money and resources. Wealth calls us to manage what is in our hands with wisdom and purpose.
As we grow in stewardship, we trust God with our increase and consider how that increase can bless our families, serve others, and support the work we are called to do.

Every Standard Has Bloopers
You will not make every shot, and you will have days when things do not go as planned. The goal is not to pretend those moments never happen. The goal is to learn from them, make adjustments, and keep going.
You can get back up, step into a new moment, begin again, and choose differently. Each day is a gift and another opportunity to grow into the woman you are becoming.
